Sharks can always tell when there's blood in the water. Around here they don't really care, no difference between mothers and daughters. And you're starting to feel like a lamb at the slaughter. And the more that you tread, the more it only gets harder.

And the working crowd sweats through cotton and polyester, and you're holding tight for the day when things will get better. And you cling tight to your hope, like a guilty man clings to his rope, and you crawl right up to the finish line, but your lungs collapse and you choke.
